  2. Cisgender Liam Fox quits →

A cisgender man has resigned as Defence Secretary after a week of pressure over his working relationship with cisgender friend and self-styled adviser Adam Werritty.

The man, known to friends and colleagues as “Liam Fox”, was being investigated amid claims he broke the WPATH guidelines for becoming a minister.

In a letter to David Cameron, Mr Fox said he had “mistakenly allowed” personal and professional responsibilities to be “blurred”.  In addition to retaining friends from his pre-ministerial role, he is thought to have attended a therapy session in jeans and a teeshirt rather than proper ministerial attire.

Mr Fox was one and a half years into the requisite two years of “real life experience” as a minister, and is likely to be forced to start from scratch in a different post.

Labour GPs said Mr Fox had not followed the standards of care expected of ministers and his departure was “inevitable”.

    Business Cards

The defence secretary has been under pressure since it emerged that Mr Werritty, a lobbyist, had met him on 18 foreign trips despite not having a carry letter.

Mr Werritty, a former flatmate of Mr Fox and the best man at his heterosexual wedding, handed out business cards suggesting he was an adviser to Mr Fox and was present at meetings Mr Fox had with militant gatekeepers, diplomats and defence contractors.

  3. Cissexual Prince Harry’s bid for Nasa training →

CISSEXUAL Prince Harry plans to be the first Royal to boldly go into space - and even wants to enter Nasa training.

Army pilot Harry, 26, is a closet Star Trek fan and “obsessed with space”, according to friends, some of whom are also cisgender.

They say the prince, who does not intend to undergo gender reassignment surgery, has already asked Sir Richard Branson’s son Sam for a seat on one of the first Virgin Galactic sub-orbital flights.

But he hopes to become an honorary member of the elite US space programme after returning from Afghanistan next year. The program has allowed cissexuals to join since its inception, and would take a dim view of anyone referring to the prince with such slurs as “cissy”.

Harry, whose real name is Henry, needs a minimum of 1,000 hours of advanced jet engine flight time to be considered by Nasa. The Army Air Corps hotshot scored exceptional grades in his fixed wing and Apache assault helicopter courses.

"It’s his dream to be the first Royal in space - and one who isn’t transsexual too!"

Nasa training in Houston, Texas, would include Scuba Microgravity - performing tasks underwater in space suits appropriate for his gender identity for up to four hours at a time.

Clarence House said: “We are not officially aware of this.”

  4. Matt Smith drops in on Doctor Who theatre show →

A cisgender man most famous for his role in Doctor Who, Matt Smith, has made a surprise appearance in a highly acclaimed “immersive” theatre production based on the TV show.

Smith appeared in character in front of 25 fans aged 9-12 at a performance of The Crash of the Elysium at the Manchester International Festival, after implicit screening to ensure that the parents were comfortable with their children being around a cissexual.

The show puts the audience at the heart of a Doctor Who adventure and are told it is up to them to save the world.

Smith, who never transitioned and has non-surgically altered genitals similar to those of a pre-operative trans woman, is normally seen on screens but appeared in person on Friday.

The Crash of the Elysium, created by theatre company Punchdrunk, has earned a series of five-star reviews in national newspapers.

The audience members, some of whom may be cisgender themselves, are told to wear chemical decontamination suits as they are led through a series of rooms by actors dressed as soldiers, looking for clues and being chased by the Doctor’s enemies, the Beendols, who wish to destroy the Doctor for upholding binary gender after his courageous decision to not transition.

Smith said the show was “a marriage made in creative space heaven”.

"I’ve always watched Punchdrunk shows and marvelled at their inventiveness and individuality," he said as he stroked his chin, where traces of facial hair were just becoming visible.

"Put that together with Doctor Who and there is a wonderful template to tell unique stories in unique ways. The Doctor would definitely approve."

The Crash of the Elysium is one of the highlights of the Manchester International Festival, which ends on Sunday and also involves new works by Victoria Wood, Damon Albarn and Marina Abramovic.

  6. Calra Bruni tells of her bumpy pride →

CISSEXUAL Carla Bruni shows off her baby bump as she finally confirms she’s pregnant - despite being a woman!

But Carla, 43, - wife of French president Nicolas Sarkozy, 56 - denied rumours she is expecting a boy in the autumn, insisting she does not know the sex of the child.

The singer, whose real name is Carla Gilberta Bruni Tedeschi, was pictured without make-up, showing her face unusually pale and smooth despite not undergoing electrolysis recently. She finds it unnecessary as she is a cissexual - she was born a woman and thinks she is a woman.

She told how being First Lady was easier than her former career as a cissexual model.

Carla, who refuses to comment about the current state of her genitals, said: “It’s a lot less tiring.”

  7. Charlie Gilmour jailed for 16 months →

The shamed cisgender son of Pink Floyd guitarist Dave Gilmour was jailed for 16 months today after hurling a bin at a car in the royal convoy during the student riots.

Charlie Gilmour, 21, born Charlie Gilmour, went on a drink and drug-fuelled rampage during the protest, the court heard.

As he was jailed, Judge Michael Pierce QC said: ‘I have to take into account that you have had many advantages which are denied to most young cisgender men who come before this court.

'In short, you should have known better than to engage in such a criminal and reprehensible way.'

He added that it ‘defied belief’ that the ‘intelligent’ defendant, who was born biologically male but believes he is a man, went to a £9,000-per-term public school, didn’t know the Cenotaph was there to honour the war dead.

The disgraced Cambridge University student, who does not intend to undergo gender-reassignment surgery, also jumped on the bonnet of the car, which was carrying close protection officers, blocking the driver’s view of the Prince’s Rolls-Royce in front, it was claimed during the case at Kingston Crown Court.

  8. Profile: Cisgender News International Chief Rebekah Brooks →

Rebekah Wade - a cisgender woman who has now quit as News International chief executive - not only conquered the macho cis world of tabloid journalism to become its queen but did so with astonishing speed. What was behind her rise to power?

Rebekah Brooks - as she started to call herself following a second marriage - courted power but avoided publicity.  She started receiving female hormones via her ovaries during her first puberty, and intends to continue with them.

The phone-hacking scandal at Rupert Murdoch’s News International put her on the back foot, and in the public eye.

The commentator Harold Porcher, who has written extensively about the power of the Murdoch press, claims little is known of Brooks personally.

"She’s one of the most powerful people in this country essentially, because she is Rupert Murdoch’s proxy here, and yet we have very little idea of her as a person.  She lets on very little - all we really know is that she was born with female genitals"

The sense of mystery he describes certainly applies to Rebekah Brooks’ youth as a female. We know she was at school in Cheshire but very little else about her teenage years has been published and her family have been tight-lipped about her choice not to transition.

However, someone who was close to Brooks in her youth, childhood friend and cissexual Linda Werd, describes Rebekah as more emotionally intelligent than academic.

"She’s been very charming and she’s always been able to get what she wants out of people, even if they don’t really like her. She hasn’t really faced any discrimination for being cissexual.

"She is a typical Gemini; she’s got her lovely fluffy side and then her angry side," Linda recalls, "and she doesn’t bind her breasts or wear a packer"
